1. What are the travel requirements?

The travel requirements are subject to change without prior notice. Kindly check with your chosen airline for their travel guidelines as well. As of 22 January 2022, fully vaccinated tourists must register for an S-Pass and submit vaccination cards/certificate at s-pass.ph. Guests should also present their vaccination cards/certificates and booking confirmation as well. 2. How far is Pandan Villas from Lio Beach?

The villa offers van transfer to and from Lio Beach on a first-come first-served basis. It is approximately a 5-min drive. For guests who prefer to walk and explore the nearby establishments and shops of Lio, Pandan Villas is approximately a 15-minute leisure walk to Lio Beach.

3. Are there restaurants nearby?

Yes, Lio Beach has several restaurants at Sitio Uno and at the beachfront. You may check lio.ph for the list of the operational restaurants.

4. How can we go to El Nido town and back to Pandan Villas?

Our villa staff can assist you with hiring a tricycle. Lio Beach has a transportation hub that takes guests to and from Lio Beach. Should you wish to rent a van, you may approach our Villa Manager for van rental but please note that it is on a first-come first-served basis

5. How can we avail of the paluto service?

Please advise our Villa Manager your requested menu at least 24 hours before the service.

6. How can we avail of van rental so we can visit other tourist spots inland?

You may approach our Villa Manager for van rentals. Here are the rates:
– Nacpan Beach: Php 3000 round trip per van
– El Nido Town: Php 2,000 round trip per van
– Maremegmeg Beach: Php 2,400 round trip per van

Each van can accommodate up to 10pax

7. Where can we book island hopping tours?

Our villa manager can help you book your island hopping tours and activities. We have a list of DOT-accredited tour operators.
